    An electronic health record for hospitals, clinics and other care organizations that keeps clinical work, patient access and the revenue cycle on one patient database. Around it sit the MyChart patient portal, record exchange with other organizations, population health tools, the Cosmos dataset pooled from participating customers, and data exchange with health plans.
