    Order-to-Activate

    Take a subscriber from a question about an address to working service: confirm what can be served, orchestrate the order, extend or build the network where it falls short, install and activate. Where Order-to-Fulfillment (VS-60) ships goods, this stream switches on a service at a location.

      Qualify the Address

      VS-140.10

      Confirm the address is a known location and tell the prospect which technologies, speeds and services it can receive today.

      Capture & Decompose the Order

      Accept the order, reserve numbers or port them in, and break it into the network, equipment, field and billing tasks it needs.

      Extend the Network Where Needed

      When the location falls short of the order, design the extension, secure the rights to place equipment and build it to the approved design.

      Ship Equipment & Install

      Get the right premises equipment to the customer or the van, and complete any installation at the promised appointment on the first visit.
