    Site-to-Opening

Carry a market opportunity from site search through approval, lease, design, construction and fit-out to a store that opens on time, trades and is reviewed against the case that justified it. Where Shelf-to-Basket (VS-110) runs an existing store's trade, this changes the network itself; remodels and relocations re-enter at Approve the Case, and closures are decided at Review the Store.
