    Storm-to-Recovery

Carry a storm, wildfire or other major event from the operator's declaration through multi-day restoration with outside crews to recovered cost. Unlike everyday outages (VS-240), crews are pre-staged, mutual aid is requested and estimates cover whole areas; classifying the event under major event day rules comes last, in reporting.
