    03 — Value stream · VS-210

    Acquire-to-Retire

One asset — plant equipment, a building or its systems, or a laptop or server — from the need for it through acquisition, commissioning, operation and maintenance to replacement and disposal. Where Procure-to-Pay (VS-30) ends when the supplier is paid, this stream follows the asset for the whole of its working life.
