Capability Level
GL-030 · also Capability Tier, Capability Depth
The depth of a capability in its hierarchy, from broad groupings at the top to specific, assessable abilities at the bottom. Each level should cover its parent completely, without overlap among siblings.
Tools disagree on numbering. Here the eight Macro Domains sit on top, then L1, L2 and L3 capabilities, with L4 only where an L3 genuinely splits into distinct abilities.
