Capability Heat Map
GL-040 · also Heat Map, Capability Assessment
A capability map colored by an assessment such as strategic importance, current performance, maturity, cost or risk, so the places that need attention stand out at a glance.
This catalog carries no scores, because importance and performance are facts about one organization at one moment. Score only what someone will act on, and use the heat map template to add your own.
