    Tenant Provision-to-Offboard

    Carry a customer's tenant through its operational life: provisioning in the right region, identity and access set up, configuration, moves between plans and regions, and at the end a verified export and deletion of its data. Where Trial-to-Subscription (VS-320) follows the commercial relationship, this stream follows the tenant itself and the trust promises made about its data.

      Provision in Region

      VS-330.10

      Create the tenant in the region the contract requires, with isolation verified before customer data arrives.

      Connect Identity

      Connect the customer's single sign-on and set up tenant administrators and roles.

      Configure & Onboard

      Apply the customer's configuration, migrate initial data and confirm the tenant is ready for users.

      Keep the tenant within its service levels, answer security reviews and keep the audit trail the customer can inspect.

      Move or Change

      Move the tenant between plans or regions, or split and merge tenants, without data loss or broken access.

      Export & Delete

      Suspend on exit, return the customer's data in an agreed format, delete it, including from backups as they expire, within the promised period, and record the proof.
