    03 — Value stream · VS-240

    Outage-to-Restoration

Carry an everyday fault from the first alarm, meter signal or call to restored supply, informed customers and a recorded interruption. Where Trouble-to-Resolve (VS-150) restores subscriber service, this stream adds switching, safety clearances and the records behind reliability indices. Declared major events move to Storm-to-Recovery (VS-270).
