      Describe the problem, the expected value and the risk class of the use case, and decide whether it joins the portfolio and who owns it.

      Assess Data Readiness

      Confirm the data the use case needs exists, is fit for purpose, may lawfully be used this way, and can be delivered to where the build happens.

      Build & Evaluate

      Build the model, assistant or automation on the shared platform, and evaluate accuracy, robustness and cost against the bar agreed at the start.

      Review Responsible Use

      Check the use case for fairness, privacy, security and transparency, record the decision and its conditions, and refuse or redesign what does not pass.

      Deploy & Operate

      Release the use case into the process it serves with monitoring for drift, failure and misuse, and give the people who work alongside it the support to adopt it.
