Reference Model

A generic, reusable structure, such as a capability, process or technology model, that an organization adapts as a starting point instead of building its own from a blank page.
This catalog is a set of reference models. Adopt the structure, then rename, prune and extend it to fit; copying a reference model unchanged rarely matches how a business really works.
