    03 — Value stream · VS-290

    Leak-to-Repair

Carry a gas leak from the odor call, survey finding or excavation strike through make-safe, grading, repair and recheck to the records the pipeline safety regulator expects. Where Outage-to-Restoration (VS-240) restores supply after a fault, this stream handles leaks that are dangerous whether or not supply is lost, and feeds the integrity program that decides which mains to replace.
