Zero Trust
GL-490 · also ZT, Zero Trust Architecture, ZTA
A security model that grants no implicit trust based on network location: every request is authenticated, authorized and checked against policy, and access is kept to the minimum needed.
Zero Trust is an architecture and a set of principles, not a product. Identity, device posture and fine-grained policy carry the weight that the network perimeter once did.
