Service Offering
GL-860 · also Offering
In CSDM, a specific variant of a Business or Technical Service with its own commitments, such as support hours, availability or price, that consumers subscribe to and that support routes against.
The offering, not the parent service, is where service levels and support groups usually attach, so two offerings of one service can promise different things.
