Architecture Governance Register
GL-635 · also Governance Log, Exception Register
The running record of governance outcomes: review decisions, exceptions to standards, waivers of principles and deviations, each with its conditions, owner and expiry, so compliance can be followed up rather than remembered.
Its value is in the follow-up. A register where exceptions never expire becomes a list of permanent exemptions nobody revisits.
