Accept test orders and specimens from outside clinics, nursing facilities and other clients, register the patient, the ordering clinician and coverage from paper or electronic requisitions without a visit, confirm each test has a diagnosis and the ordering clinician is identified and enrolled, and resolve missing or conflicting information before the test is billed.
