    Bid-to-Settle

Follow a participant's energy through the wholesale market: forecast, bid and offer, follow dispatch, then check the market's settlement against its own records and dispute errors. Where Forecast-to-Balance (VS-380) is the system operator matching supply and demand, this is the participant's view of the same day, ending when the money is right.
