Architecture as Code
GL-605 · also AaC
Writing architecture descriptions as machine-readable files kept in version control, so they are reviewed like code, checked automatically in the delivery pipeline and compared with what is actually deployed.
The value is in the checks, not the file format. An architecture file nobody validates drifts from reality as fast as a diagram does.
